Cribl Edge 4.16.1

This release addresses two critical issues found in Cribl Edge:

• HTTP-based Destinations did not honor request timeouts when an HTTP-Proxy was configured, causing Worker stalls. (CRIBL-37501)
• Fixed an issue in Cribl.Cloud where some events failed to send through Cribl HTTP and Cribl TCP Destinations, or their persistent queues, with the error Do not know how to serialize a BigInt. In affected environments, this could lead to backpressure warnings and dropped events when those Destinations (or Pipelines that serialize events) attempted to JSON-serialize certain internal fields on sampled events. This behavior was caused by an internal Data Insights profiler component adding profiling fields that were incompatible with JSON serialization. (NUG-568)
