mappings.yml and fleet-mappings.yml

Mapping ruleset configurations for Stream Workers and Edge Node are stored in $CRIBL_HOME/local/cribl/mappings.yml and $CRIBL_HOME/local/cribl/fleet-mappings.yml, respectively.
